Greek Adrian Helmet!

Hello folks!

I've been offered this nice helmet but i know nothing about them so i would like your help!!
First of all the most typical question of a newby... Is it ok? It just looks too good to be true in my inexperienced eyes!! So please throw your penny on this one...
Secondly what would it's value be approximately?
Since i know nothing about Adrian helmets and especially Greek ones it's price is a mystery to me!!

They are very rare, there for very expensive, and many fakes.
This would need better and clear pictures.

How much does the seller want for it? As Kris said, these are expensive so there will be fakes. As so often is the case, better pics are needed. Try a forum search for original examples.

I just asked for the price and haven't got any answer yet! When i got any more info abiut it i will keep you updated! What particular spot on the helmet will need better pics? I guess the shield with the cross, the leather and the chinstrap???

And inside the helmet the prongs of the helmet plate!
Having looked at the pictures again, I can all ready say I don't like the side view, where you can see the ehlmet plate detached from the ehlmet.
It should stick to the helmet, leaving not that much space!

Agree there does appear to be differences with the one you show and the one that was on ebay

The price is as far as Andromeda's Galaxy for my budget... But if the seller puts a more Earthy price and the guys here says it's ok then i will give it a try since it is a very wanted helmet for my collection! But if someone like stuka f says it is better to leave it alone then i will not buy it... Anyway the odds look bad for this one!
