I also worked out the weight of replicas being sold currently are Weight: 0.94 kg ,
I put mine on digital scales today and it's 1.06kg.
I have only ever seen one I know was real and that was the one shown in the IWM link by William when it was on display in the museum.
This is outside my area, but I think it is good now having seen these close up's.

Personally I believe it shows "real " rust and pitting similar to other ww1 steel items I have .

As I posted previously, I think it looks good, but that is very much an opinion rather than a statement of fact. I like it and would have it in my collection.
I noticed you posted it on the Royal Welch forum. A lot of anecdotal evidence there, but not much help in authenticating it yet, but perhaps there will be. Have you tried the Great War Forum?

Whatever its just an opinion.
It has black rust, and that is not an easy thing to fake...and the steel of the blade and guards certainly do not appear to look modern.
