Article about: Thought I would share this yard long with you. You hardly find photo's that have women(Yeomanette's) from ww1 in them. Jason

The women volunteer's that went into the navy during ww1 were called Yeomanette's. They did basicly cleric duties that I know of but i'm no expert.
They are at some base, but the writing is faint and can't make it out at the bottom of the picture.
I just found this website that has good information. It seems there was only a little over 11,000 women that served.
