Rare photo's Mons at camp pre/early WWI

I got these 5 photo pc's the other day, a rare set showing the Monmoushire Regiment Territorial bn's at camp in Wales. Lovely shots of the cap badges, and their equipment, including belts, water canteens, rifles, etc....Also two with the very rare scout armbadges in one of them.

Interesting photos. I really like the relaxed look of the last two photos and in particular the way some of the younger lads are wearing their caps.

In group photos like these there is always at least one with his cap on sideways, the company clown! These are TA, some ex militia, at least one who served in SA. Notice how many of them are smoking, also in one there is a bottle of booze. Lads away for the weekend at camp, always up for a laugh.
