    here's my only M-1917 & the reason why its painted blue

    there was 140 of these found in storage since 1934 when they were last used by the National Guard & Kohler "Special Police" to stop a very violent wildcat strike at the Kohler Company that resulted in 2 strikers dying and 40 being injured
