It is a relic in poor shape from a dealer known to purvey specious Canadian items. While the helmet shell is legit I am troubled as to why the arrow for the 4 CDN MG Bn (which is the unit flash depicted here) is white versus the proper colour of Red. Might have been a reunion piece done in the 30's. In any event, don't waste your time or money, there is a reason it has been parked unsold on ebay for 6 weeks. If the insignia were correct it might be reasonable in the $200.00 range but MG units are collectible and desirable so it might fetch a tad more.
