WW1 Photograph help.

Hi guys, i recently bought a lot from a house clearance, and with it was this photo,
could anyone hazard a guess as to the regiment?

It came with a victory medal, but as these things are often mixed up and sometimes contain brothers/uncles/cousins photos etc i am not convinced it is the same guy.

could this be a west kent yeomanry uniform?

Im not sure on anything really, thought id try discount the uniform from the medal, as it didn't look right to me.
like i said, probably a relation.

Its a WW1 period uniform also the title is possibly R WEST KENT see the long long trail some West Kent Yeomanry became RWK in 1917. Tjis is also the time when battle insignia began to be worn quite extensivelyhttp:
