Fabulous helmet and great display overall. This is a known - albeit rare - type of helmet liner and cover combination. Many years ago I had one exactly like it, without a badge and named to an officer I wasn't able to identify. That was in the days before I realised its true scarcity, and because I wanted to make up a Somme battle figure I exchanged it for a first pattern Brodie... It was a very nice Brodie, but even so I wouldn't do that swap now! Treasure the one you've got because helmets of this quality are extremely hard to find.
Cheers,
W.
