WW1 uniform?

please identify. What is this uniform?

Cant comment on authenticity ,


appears to be a Sultan's Palace Guard (1909-1918) with White cloth and cotton tape dress epaulette for a soldier in Palace Guards. An identical version was used by the Police also .

Going just on the look of it and construction I would say this is authentic

The medal ribbons are just for dress ups but the jacket looks good.
