I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
Very nice grouping. Looks like the helmet has seen some battles
other than WWI - some kids may have gotten hold of it
over the years.........!

Nice group. I especially like the uniforms that have the unit designation on the collar tab. That makes the uniform more valuable.
It is a model 1918 tunic with two 6 months overseas stripes. The hand embroiderd patch is a real nice patch. The man was a corporal and it has the red discharge stripe on his left sleeve. The 6th spent all of its front line time in quiet sectors and was not involved in any combat but it is certainly a must if you are collecting AEF uniforms.
