    Hello,
Can anyone tell me anything about this WWI era (I realize its dated 1915) sword?
If so, what is it worth in this condition (just an approximate guess would be helpful).
    Thank you in advance.

    It has a "N" on it and an "K". I don't see a "Z" anywhere.

I had posted it in the Imperial German section and they seemed to think it was French.
That is why I posted it here.
I will post better pics later.

    'N' for the later Napoleon ( IV ? ) - mid/late 1800's ?

It's very crudely made - the "blade" is terrible and
shows no sign of quality. Likely some type
    of wall hanger, my guess........
    Regards,

    Steve.

If it was mid/late 1800s then why would it be dated 1915?
It may very well be a piece of junk wall hanger, I really would like to know though what it is and what is the value.
I dont want to end up selling it for $10 and later find out it is worth $100.

The 'N' appears to be the cypher of Napoleon III
to me is all. Victor, Prince Napoleon (V) was alive
at that time, so maybe it's some type of
    patriotic commemorative.........
    Regards,

    Steve.
