It was intended for the Luftwaffe and it has been rebadged for the Heer, but sadly both shields are fakes, as you thought.

It's a good original, but you need to find some original shields for it. The tri colours are easy to get and affordable, but the Luftwaffe eagle can be harder to find and more expensive.
