They used to do away with career criminals, etc - today they
lock them up with colour TV, three square meals,
exercise rooms, free education.........

I'll bet they probably have computers and the
internet in there now too !

I may be wrong but I think they used to even........................punish them?

lets not forget the free medical, attorney(s), appeals, conjugal visits, profits from work performed, and the list goes on.

NOT dumb; that is part of his charme offensive!Thise is a attempt to gain confidence, when ever you try to make a appointment he will figger out al sorts of excuses.We recently had such a similar case on a Dutch forum I am on.
