Chin strap for DAk pith 1st pattern

Hello Gents,

I have been looking for a chin strap for one of my 1st pattern DAK piths. Can anyone point me in a direction on where to find one? What will the price range be?

I have never seen an original for sale and as they are riveted on at one end the only one you might find would probably be broken, though I have seen reproductions for sale on Ebay.

Yes it would of course be difficult to attach a new C S but not impossible for display purposes. If you have never seen one for sale, i will consider it near impossible to find an original. Thank you always answering my pith questions
