Ebay visor hat w/wreath on top item# 270855589876 under headgear

Is their a reason why several guys have bid on this Calvary visor which is prehaps real, but has been played with. Why the heck do these uninformed guys seek to spend their money on this material and the seller claims he knows nothing. Its possible that he is innocent,but he gives it the old college try. I sent a message to him telling him about the wreath and lets see what he does. GOOD GRIEF!!! Carl

Hi Carl, the cap is original, hence the bids.

The insignia placed there is most likely a ploy by the seller to get around the E Bay no swastika ban.

I have added the pics to your post otherwise when the item is removed the thread will become useless.

ADE,I thought it looked original,but why not just cover the swaz on the eagle with a little tag,but you might have hit the nail on the head and he just did a cover job with what he thought was clever.I am hoping the "CROOKED CROSS" Publication comes in your mail today.I am going to post some of my nicer items again as i told you i was going to let that mess with the SS outfit calm down a bit and get on with the good stuff.
