German NCO visor cap

Hello guys!

I bought this cap today. It was cheaper than a repro. I think it's originality is no doubt (please confirm! :-).
Is it a transport NCO cap? Maker: Deutsche Wertarbeit. The eagle is marked B&N 41. Originally asymmetric. It looks grey but it's green instead.

Neat cap, different from the usual postings. Are the emblems goldish, or is that the house lights?

Thank you! The emblems are normal, not gold. Anyway the cap spent 70 years in a villager grandma's (not mine) wardrobe. Unfortunately she died, and his grandson found the cap.
