I was lucky to inherit the furniture.

My dear great aunt would likely be mortified by the use I have put the table to via this website, but I think the display of these items should somehow fit into the context of the time.

I suppose I should set up a gallery of things and you people can choose what you like. That's more interesting than my preferences.

I am told by my colleagues, who are in the thick of the market, that my tastes diverge from the norm.

It is a toss up at the moment between the grey one I found via this site or the early back officer's cap with the leather peak.

This cap is likely from the SS Kleiderkasse. It needs to be restored with a proper sweat band.
