Has someone ever seen such a label on black textile

I found this label on the interior of a privately made black M43 cap german style.
Not ss or panzer more italian style.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zefir is the name of a fabric, see here:

I know such tags, they used be on new clothing indicating size, material, etc. but I haven't seen them on caps so far.
