I still wonder how the figure was phrased with the RZM-plate. This we only will
know when the leaflet is found!

UPDATE:
Number 21 from the RZM-plate is being phrased as "Dienstanzug für Flieger"
and so it was a uniform for the "Deutsche Luftfahrt", in fact motor-pilots.
Persons like this had to be a member for the "Deutscher Luftsport-Verband"
(being a member for the DLV did NOT give the right to wear the uniform).
The uniform only was granted for wearing and as such by the Ehrenpräsident
des Deutschen Luftsport-Verbandes, so being Göring! (from die Bestimmungen
über die Bekleiding der Deutschen Luftfahrt from November 4, 1933 - page 5).
