I believe that I posted this cap a while ago, both here and on the WAF. Opinions seemed to be mixed, at best, as to whether this is a feldgendarmerie cap, or just a common artillery.
Placed next to my artillery enlisted cap, the piping shade difference is striking, with this cap being much more orange or orange-red in shade.
Needless to say, I believe my cap is FG, not artillery, but I welcome other opinions. Thanks.

These red/orange colours are tough calls sometimes. I had another cap that could have been either and was eventually decided upon as Arty, although with a very orange red piping !
based on the above pics I would say that yours is the same and would call it as arty, the FG orange is very distinctive, that said it is your cap and you have the benefit of natural light when looking at it.
Just my opinion ................it is a nice cap by the way !
