Hi Pat, it is a product of Clemens Wagner. Note the small "CW" logo on the sweatband.

Pat, nice Clemens Wagner Extramuetze. My first visor was a Clemens Wagner as well (but for artillery) and was in about the same condition! My only regret was selling it a long time ago--I wish I still had it, moth nips and all....
