I hope I will not to post this cap on the "fake cap" thread...
so I'd like to have some opinions before buy it
How much can it worth?
They ask me 400 Euro..

Hi, I think the bad colour balance on most of the pics is not helping here? If the one pic which shows the insignia is more colour correct, well I think it is actually good.

Clearly the insignia appears replaced. It sits high on the material and is not well stitched in place.

But looking at the details there are things I like. See how the now missing leather swetband has left just a trace and the material which it covered is a different shade? The bias re-inforcement material under the top edge of the flap look correct.

The silver piping being jointed at the side of the cap is unusual though. I realise the condition of the inside does not look exactly commensurate with the exterior wear, but again I think the pics don't help. Look at the one of the side view (3rd on down left side) this does show some subtle age toning.

I would be interested to hear other opinions?

Sorry I don't know the market price for these caps today. But that does sound low?

That is the original Police cap, insignia looks good to me , but wrong to hat. Usually that high quality cloth, officers type, is hard to make old
