Hi Vegar, yes, these are fine.
They are pre war alluminium. So the finish will be good and not suffer much from age.

I'm not sure about the heer tunic eagle either...I thought it was a repo as well...
The breast eagle is also fine! It is again pre war and is a flatwire machine woven version. Often found on the Heer NCO's waffenrock parade tunic.

Again, I agree with Ade on the first pattern Heer flat wire, I have two of these.
Here is my early Luft alluminium cap eagle, with a smooth back, though with iron pins rather than the alluminium type on the thread starter.

I was happy with the shoulder board score, and I thought for sure the TR was bunk, I was honestly about to give them away.
To me it looks anougth fine to be a nice textbook originals
