Most excellent cap with obvious history/wear.
He was in the SS, but maybe Josias Georg Wilhelm Adolf Erbprinz* zu Waldeck und Pyrmont had relations in the Army
Erbprinz = heir apparent to the throne of the Principality of Waldeck and Pyrmont

Bravo. The tunic matches the cap, and it has its own poetry. This "mint" thing gets carried to the most absurd and childish extremes.
I am sure you will transform the tunic into a pleasing thing beyond what it already is.
Your skills with fixing these old things is a real bonus for the collector biotope and I think greatly enhances the value and endurance of fragile things that will just biodegrade into dust.

The tunic matches the cap really well Ben. You should post more photos of your Man-cave, the art next to your drum kit looks good
Cheers, Pat
