I would say both the eagle and wreath are original to the hat, as they both match in terms of finish & quality.

“Show me the regulation, and I’ll show you the exception.”
Thanks for the reply / advice.
Otherwise i collect edged weapons, so my knowledge about visor caps is not very excessive.
But I saw that in the market are quite a few fake visor cap, a little afraid I decide to buy first.

hi
The vented cockade and the "free of forehead pressure" it was meant to produce was an optional extra at time of purchase. Your cap does not have the grommet in the pasteboard that would allow this vented cockade to work. That is not a problem in the originality of the cap. I have seen a crusher with the vented cockade but no grommet.
The vented cockade has a value all on its own btw. The cap may have been given one by accident at manufacturer or maybe just for effect...we will never know.
hope that helps.
cheers
Tony
To add to the wisdom above, I had a Lubstein cap with the hole for the cockade, but a gestickter Kranz/Kokarde, and no ventilated roundel. That is, the hole was covered by the badge.
There is so much hysteria and misinformation about these things.
Hysteria? Where?
The cap is not my property, and I consider her a possible purchase.
My money does not grow in my yard, so i watch where and how I gonna spend it.

I think you can well buy this cap, but others will tell you not to, which is the hysteria.
I have collected Nazi regalia since 1963, that is, fifty one years, and in this time I have seen much nonsense adhere especially to Lubstein caps,
which are heavily faked, especially in the aspect of this vented cockade.
When I started collecting, of course, there were no refined fakes of these Lubstein caps.
This infantry cap looks real to me, and the search for the slightest flaw or somehow a detail that does not jibe
with what some loud mouths would describe as the "textbook" piece is also hysteria.
Or, you are free simply to ignore our advice.
As I noted before, visor caps are not my area.
And i try to learn something about them.
(My money does not grow in my yard.)
For me all the collectors are equal, with one dagger, bayonet, sabre or with a bunch of them.
