Kriegsmarine metal cap insignia for the Matrosenmutze

Hi Guys, another new buy from the weekend. A Kriegsmarine national emblem and cockade. This style of combination insignia was introduced around in 1938, prior to that, the eagle and cockade were separate items. Sadly, the stick pin is missing from this example, which oftens happens, as these are quite easily broken off.

I have one of these stuck in a drawer here, it has the stick pin fitted.
Also an old cigarette case marked ANDENKEN AN DAS RHEINLAND - WESTERN DIVISION.
I am not a collector.
Any use ? Any value ?
