I found this interesting thread and I would like to know if was possible find KM OFF blue/white fixed visors where eagle and wreath matching in celleon and peak embroidery on bullion...any pics is possible to light me and about the pic I attatched may be here wreath is bullion and peak embroidery is celleon????

Fernando, any mix of insignia is possible--I have seen it all. Cello visors with bullion insignia are more often seen than Bullion visors with Cello insignia, but they both occurred.

Yes something like that... Peak embroidery is bullion, wreath is Celleon and but I wonder whether the eagle is Celleon too or bullion???

I mentioned the thread where this cap is to be found above (post # 19 of this thread: KM Blue Visor for Review).
Strictly speaking bullion embroidery is the one where a very thin wire tube is sewn to fabric with a thread passing through this tube. The other method of embroidering was to use a "solid" thread around which a flat iron is wound. The replacement of this was the cellon embroidery whithout any metal.
Here is an example for both in one (the wreath is cellon, the cockade partly bullion):
