Hi its a Luftwaffe Mechanics Overseas Cap not Herman Goring
Kradman is correct, i hope you did not pay the sum a HG cap would ask for it.

Uh oh aha paid 75$
Look up the term Schwarzmann and you will find photos of aircraft mechanics wearing HBT type coveralls and caps. NH
$75 is a great price. I paid about $300 for mine and I've seen them go for a lot more. It's a nice piece of history about the guys who kept the Luftwaffe in the air.
Look at the asking price for one here, although this website is highly overpriced for headgear.

I have not seen a tag inside like in this one before, usually they are stamped. BW mechanics used very similar caps. It would be good to hear from Ade on this one.
Wethekam was a period maker, but I do not collect overseas caps, so I cannot say whether it is good or not.

It looks good to me, (although that maker tag is a first for me) and as stated above, worn by Luftwaffe ground crew members, also worn by Flak personnel...
