The question marks are because I don't know the actual German name and spelling for this badge, I know it's a civilian tech advisor to the Luftwaffe but are they rare? Any photo's of one being worn? This one is in mint condition.

It is the badge for the Generalluftzeugmeister ("GL").
No photos of it being worn as a hat badge to date.
They are found being worn on the breast of GL EM/NCOs.
