    Very nice cap.

    I cannot tell you the exact maker, but the factory was located in Westfalia due to the RB nummer code of "0/0520".

    Didn't know the Germans did fractional sizes? ...... but I'm a helmet guy and they aren't.

    Hi Dan, yes the 1/2 size mark is conventional and perfectly OK.

    I do recall the first time I saw a cap marked as such. I could not believe it either.
