My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

also, I can not make out the full word after "Uniform=" but part of it (schneiderei") is Tailoring. It is very possible that they are a distributor and not a manufacturer.

    A very nice cap btw...

    Neil,

do you think they were a cap maker? Or just a distibutor?

It was the "v" in Zivil that I couldn't make out.

I could not find any additional info. However, since they identify themselves as a tailor I must assume they made their own items. Someone with more knowledge should chime in. NH

Are you sure this is all original? The leather of the Sturmriemen seems rather new, esp. the back of it - it isn't smooth and brown as usual. Then the material of the edging of the visor seems very unusual - normally this is an oilcloth-like material, this here looks somehow odd - too smooth (is it textile?). Another thing is the colour of the underneath of the visor. There are black specimen, but they are unusual. Perhaps I am overcritical - lets see what the specialists say.
