    It appears to be a very nice condition Luftwaffe ground and armored winter cap. Not as common as the army style.
    It would be nice to see a close up of the interior of the cap.

    As far as I know, it was usually referred to simply as a Pelzmütze [fur cap], although this is a rather generic term.

    I have seen this one before, nice looking cap, price is a bit high IMO, but maybe because of the two tone fur and condition, I found one for my collection alittle bit saltier and have seen most between 3-400 price range, they were worn by all members of the Luftwaffe, here is mine and a reference photo

    Is there any makers marks in your example. Great piece by the way. Thank you for the pic.

    No markings in mine but that does not concern me, alot of these have no markings or the tag wore off.
