Military Police/Recruiting officer visor cap

Apologies if I posted this Erel cap previously. I stongly believe that the waffenfarbe is orange, or orange-red for Military Police or Recruiters.
When I bought it, I asked for a few opinions, which concluded artillery. The seller was an old collector, not a dealer, and made no claims as to color.
If I put this cap up against my artillery cap, the difference in piping color is striking.
Opinions appreciated, and thanks.

I have an arty erel that also looks at first glance orange red but is actually red when put against a real "orange-red".

The fact is the fabre colours for red like green vary enormously. Sometimes its a leap of faith .

Tricky call on these shots but I,m still going for ARTY.

I know it's really frustrating with these colours and I have been there myself with the arty/orange cap i posted earlier.

sorry but I like to err on the side of caution. Hands on and your own judgement on the day.....if you like it and it's orange to you, go for it.
