Article about: F.B. Reichenbach is about 10 km (6 miles) away from me. If you want, I'll make a photo of the building. If it is still standing.

Hugo is right, see first document with the "a" through "r" indications.
In other "'classes" the same was done and had sub-specifications.
The "b" with the Lubstein NSKK helmet will have been specifically for Vulkanfiber
    products manufacturing.

    Default Mützen-Fabrik Otto Peter Wermelskirchen.

    A new one to me.
Does someone have a cap by this maker?
This Rechnung is for a HJ Flieger ski cap.

Also note the License numbers of Otto Peter (A1/189)and Gerhard Wilmink (E6/20394)

    Nice, A1/189 is correct as Otto Peter;
E6/20394 is the permission for Gerh.Wilmink from Plettenberg.
He was allowed to sell headgear for political organizations and
insignia as well. The Wilmink store was owned by Emil Wilmink.

The E of course stands for Einzelhandel (retail trade).
This firm did not have any other E permissions. I have checked
from E1 through E5 and from E7 through E15. Anyway not in
    1938.

A1 and A2 always means the manufacturing of political headgear. Most
often such manufacturer also did make military headgear, but maybe
one of our headgear collctors/specialist can show a marking from Peter
    in a military cap.

    Default Wilmink, Küpper

1938 Rechnung (Wh Artillerie Offz Feldmütze Klappform) and a letter from Peter Küpper to G. Wilmink about the return of a few blue/silver cap cords. Looks like the letter is signed by Peter Küpper. (the founder Peter Küpper died in 1935. Maybe Peter Küpper Jr. ?)

Dark-blue cords with a bit of silver. For what visor/organization could this be?
