Very nice piece. No doubt donated by some noble family to the local theater troupe. I found many things of this kind in Bonn Godesberg at theater sales when I was a student in the FRG of yore. And
such a cap cost all of five dollars US at the time.
It was likely given to the theater in denazified form and re nazified with the bestickt Effekt.
That is, one seldom sees the metal Kranz and the bestickter Adler.
Usually, it is the Kranz u Kokarde in Stickerei and the metal Hoheitszeichen....
