How does this cap look? It seems to me to be a Pioneer officer's visor cap with bullion insignia. These are all the photos the seller has. They also have the small flag pictured in the lot. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

The piping looks wide to me, and the overall shape is off.
But please wait for more opinions.

Looks fine from these pics. Late-war cap. It was most likely issued with metal insignia, and the officer had it replaced with bullion (common to find).

Could be a Peküro although their late war lining was different. Interesting that the opening for the name tag in the sweatshield is on the left when you look at it from front to back.
I stand corrected, late war are confusing.
