Re: Post your favorite cap!

The history of the Bw and the NVA are compelling in their own right, and I hardly think you can suggest that the Federal Republic or the DDR are as meaningless as US cartoons.
I do not collect items after 1945, but there are those who do here and they have a right to their taste.
To each his own.
I wrote a little too hastily above - I have now clarified that I was only speaking of the Bundeswehr in this regard. And my intention was not at all to say that the Bundeswehr is as meaningless as cartoons. My point was far more subtle than your reading of my connected words, F-B.

It makes perfect sense to me, Tom - and this is probably my own favorite condition of items also - nicely used I call it Dealers like to call it "condition 2" in Europe much. I do appreciate mint items too, as it is incredible to see an item today almost as it would have been seen by the people who owned and used them in their time.

Re: Post your favorite cap!
I think we all want Mr. Sayle F to post more of his very fine collection, known to some of us from the maroon paranoia and sophomoric cesspool site of fine repute.
