Unreferenced visors being worn by these pallbearers at a LW funeral.
No piping or cords, and what appears to be the M-35 DRB-type eagle.

Surely personnel working for the municipal cemetery authority.

It's still a common practice today:

The duties of the cemetery workers include taking a coffin to the grave and lowering it down, for which they would be dressed in respectable, uniform-like attire. After the day's funeral(s), they would change back into their workclothes and return to their shovels.

(For example, in my hometown, they currently wear black pants, shoes, gloves, ties and peaked caps, grey jackets and white shirts.)

Municipal servants most often did wear black or dark dresses, along with a dark visor in the regular style.
The city authority dediced what eagle or what color was to be worn. It was of course largely the state eagle
as from the mid-1930's. Males and females as well!
