Here is my Salty Luftwaffen M-43

Here is my salty ??????? my assumption is it was originally a German cap before being used by Polish insurgent, but what type of cap I am not sure? The colour in my photos is pretty accurate. The cap looks similar style to the M-43 posted by CBH...but one of you more knowledgeable German hat guys can hopefully tell me more








Again I have assumed the dark blue cap with orange piping below to be of German origin before being converted to Polish insignia and buttons by an AK unit but have know idea if that is correct and if it is what type of cap it is?

This cap is "salty" due in large part to poor preservation rather than honest wear I would suspect. But I still like it.
