Russia Volunteer's Visor Cap?

Article about: I picked this up this morning it is the first time I have encountered this combination. I have little doubt that the visor cap itself is not authentic, but I am not sure what the badge is fo

    Cockade looks good. The visor has the red stripe as i always has claimed they often used.
    I include a photo of an ROA officer i colorized some time ago.

    Yes yes i know the colors are not 100%.

    Im not 100% certain that is correct Sir.
    Here is another photo of the same POA officer with Vlassov. This time he had put an eagle on his visor. And now he is using an WH tunic. He still uses the Red piped ROA visor w cockade, or another dark piped ROA visor (i would say the same)
    And as we all know the eastern volunteers used whatever they were supplied with. So i wouldnt be surprised if there were holes after other insignias before the ROA Cockade.

    Just my humble novice personal opinion. (I let the historical photos speak for themselfs)

    Was the regulation piping for the Russian Liberation Army the same shade of red as regular Wehrmacht red (like Artillery) ? Thank you.
