Nice clean well marked visor, this would be a Tellermütze style?
nice pre-war visor cap with an excellent teller shape , well done

Todd,
Absolutely beautiful. You weren't kidding. You did the right thing by biding your time. And a Clemens Wagner as well. Agree with Doug and Theo, it looks like a Teller form.

a great example you got.
Glad you scored it--looks like you scored one of the very few mint caps at the show!

Thank you, all, for the kind remarks. I suppose I was rewarded for biding my time Doug; this was the one I was telling you about in the wee early morning hours of Helmetfest cool down, lol. I ran to his table a few shot hours later and snatched it up...pretty much snatched it out of the hands of our infamous show attendee Craig Gottlieb and threw my money at the dealer.
Missed the thread!
An extremely beautiful cap, and I am delighted you managed to get it! Your photos truly show it well.
Cheers, Patrick
Gorgeous. I'm on the look out for one like it myself. I hope to make SOS next time.
This kind of cap was plentiful in the late 1960s and cost all of the USD 20-25. They could be had in stacks in the different Waffenfarben.
I have easily had a dozen in my time.
Very nice item.
