    Thank you for the additional comments. Patrick I thought of you and the cap you bought at the SOS last year. The same dealer was set up. He had nothing that touched the quality of the cap you bought last year. Shame you had to sell it.

    F-B, thank you for the compliment! Always appreciated coming from a collector of your caliber. I wish it had only cost me $25 USD! I am usually in the steel helmet sub forum, but am happy to contribute to the fine cloth headgear section whenever I can.

    A very nice example; the nice & clean white piping really jumps out in the photos. So many infantry caps have discolored piping.
