    The odd thing about this cap is that it does not have the Kupper gusset, at least not in a way that I can find. It is a very real cap, though. It is also in a wonderful state of preservation save that
    someone switched the Totenschaedel. This cap came via Whammond and then to collector X and then to Shea and then to.....?!

    It does have extra padding from the peak behind the Stirndrueck area, though......

    Thank you. I have long searched for such an item, and had my eye on this cap a decade ago.

    You never know with all this stuff.
