Thoughts on a "Best of the Best" pinned sub-forum?

I have had more than a few people approach me with regard to starting a sub-forum dedicated to select high-end minty examples as a pinned (and closed) reference thread.
(they have suggested a mirror image of the Cap Authentication pinned threads).

The reason for this is because many are tired of questions regarding obvious fakes, and a simple re-direct to the pinned threads might work wonders.

Any thoughts/ideas?

A very good idea!
World War Helmets is a well kept French forum with a very nice and nearly complete site about WW helmets, a very good reference!

It proves once again that inovative ideas can be found when more than one person makes the decisions. I think it is a great concept.

Good idea.
Not only will it assist re the old "Is this good" question but it would also be a good quick ref. guide for all. It could save a lot of time searching the forum for good comparison examples.
It's hard to beat a good plan esp. if it's a simple one.
