Unknown civil white-top ???

Article about: Notice the civilians with the white tops...... Maybe DAF white top visors ?? It looks like there are no chincords on the visors..... Think it's somekind of veterans organisation ???

    They are all old men, so I would also assume that they are WWI Vets.

    They look like Imperial caps to me.

    I agree--I believe they are former Husaren of the Kaiserreich wearing Imperial caps (which were probably made in the 1930s)

    The Regiment Garde du Corps, a cavalry regiment that fought in WW1 wore a white cap with red band and piping. Here's a seargeant wearing the cap circa 1912, and also a colour photo of a modern day copy for reference.

    Stands a fair chance?
