    Dear Sir,

(For the trailer see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyXMbvlM3bE, for the entire film here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8hrMrBc4IM) For F.-B. : There is a very slim Paul Hörbiger to be seen in this film compared to his appearance in The Third Man.

For all non-German-speakers: The Great Love is a German NS-propaganda movie (so beware!) of the UFA (still in business, see here: UFA - INSPIRING ENTERTAINMENT - although I don't know whether this is still the original firm) by Rolf Hansen shot in 1942 starring Zarah Leander and Viktor Staal. The Great Love became the - comercially - most successful film of the third reich.

I have caught a few glimpses of this film on youtube just now. Did not even know that it existed as 3rd Reich propaganda films aren't shown over here any longer for obvious reasons; very interesting to see who starred in these films, many of these were very popular and well paid actors after the war.

The special effects, by the way, are quite weak.

Thank you! So am I, although I almost like her better as a singer. The Gröfaz also liked her a lot as it seems.
