I don't have any pictures, but in the movie The Young Lions there was a wardrobe misque. In the scene where Marlon Brando visits the wife of his Captain, Maximilian Schell, at her apartment in a bombed out German city (Berlin I think), he is wearing 2 different visor caps - one with a braided chin strap and one without. The caps alternate throughout the scene, obviously filmed over the course of several days. I first noticed the mistake in the 70's, when I first saw the film. Now, every time I watch it, I find it very distracting. A great flick not withstanding. I highly recommend it! Jim G.
One of my fave WW2 films--"Under Ten Flags", starring Van Heflin as Bernhard Rogge, the captain of the raider Atlantis.
Some well-done KM uniforms:
