    This little bit of historical accuracy (MP 3008) surprised me

    I greatly enjoyed JoJo Rabbit, with a laugh and a tear and I can absolutely recommend it.

    I tried to watch "T-34" last night--I could only stomach about 15' of it before I had to turn it off (it is on Amazon Prime in the US).
    try it again. But turn off the part of your brain that wants to judge it for historical accuracy and watch it for entertainment value only. Its actually a decent movie then...

    Never saw/heard to that movie before. Reichsbahn visor is undoubtedly original (tunic is not).
    The Sonderfuhrer tunics are also original, but the hat the officer is wearing appears to be Justiz (but with a WH eagle).

    Strange indeed! The movie is from 1946 and ... it seems that they used German POW's in the movie, in their functions during the war! They also helped destroy lot of scrapped trains and German vehicles.

    Other pictures of the movie;

    Yes, Zollbeamte did wear the Edelweiss in the mountain regions.
    Kudos to the wardrobe director with regard to the Zoll uniform (only exception being WH insignia on the visor)(
