Here is an example of the haberdasher not getting his colors right, or simply a case of being out of Gebirgs green. The piping is definately lime-green for PzG. The insignia is all original to the hat. (Someone suggested that it is for a PzG element inside a GJ regiment, but there was no such thing).
It is unissued, so there is a chance that due to this "mistake", it never left the shop:
