WH eagle cap badge made in 1938

Hi,

This eagle is a dug find (according to the seller). Amazing how the ground can preserve some pieces.
If you have few minutes to give me, I would like to have your opinion on it.
Do you know this marking ?

A little research on this superb site had this result:
Heer and KM metal cap eagles recently acquired (good to go?)
perhaps M1/77 Förster and Barth? eagle cap ss original or fake?
